Just wondering if anyone who tested the new wilson strings has played with what they are now selling ..... ?
I liked the play test strings a lot and was waiting to buy them ..... it looks like they are marketing them as Hollow Core Pro in 17g ......and there is not a hollow core pro 16 g ..... the strings that I tested were a 16 g string are the hollow core 16 the same strings or different.....
I think I would rip through 17 in about 2 hrs .... the 16s lasted a good 10 for me which is fine...
did they change the old hollow core that was being sold before the new pro version 17 .... ? The new design is a smaller pocket of air than the old design ..... so does the 16 that TW is selling have the smaller pocket ...seems to play better...
