A little digging into that photobucket account results in some photos of @TennisCanada1 working out:

Your new nickname should be The Hulk! :D (1) You should keep the frame as a memory. or (2) Did you get a replacement from Babolat or did they deny the claim?

How do you like it otherwise? I want to get one but concerned that I can't generate much power with it.

It has good power on tap I find. Found it rather erratic though personally.

I couldn't disagree more, but I understand that a frame feel and experience is all relative.
For me personally, I feel like I could hit the ball on a dime. Exceptional control and I think that power comes as a result because the exceptional control and plush feeling provides confidence to swing out and be extremely aggressive and accelerate racquet head speed.

My Babolat Pure Control Specs:

St. W : 323 Gr, S W : 294 kg/Cm2
Final Specs without overgrip : St. W : 341 gr, S W : 329 kg/Cm2.

I've used many, many frames over the years and I always come back to the control series because of the flexy response in conjunction with the amazing control, but then has the pop when I need it. I can unload on shots like with no other frame. However, the dang thing broke on me.

Thanks for the info. So you have a PC, not PCT. Stock form SW 294 seems a bit low for me. But it seems you turned it into a PCT with the customization.

Yea exactly, with the customization and the overgrip the SW becomes above 330. Using the PC as a platform allowed me to manipulate the weight a bit more to my liking, but the PCT is still a beast as well.

I use the Pure control Tour with some lead lead so can't comment about a customized Pure control. I think different players experience and perceive control in different ways. I also realize that players control the ball in different ways for example some control the ball with spin, some with precision etc. I can though say that imho the PCT has excellent control with every shot and from every area of the court. Personally for me, I was not a previous Babolat user so it was an adjustment to get used to the woofer grommets and at times I found that due to the woofer grommets, the ball would sometimes explode uncontrollably off the string bed. However, now that I have become somewhat used to the woofer grommets (not completely yet, but hopefully getting there), I appreciate the great control and feel that this racquet offers.

As said, like other aspects of a racquet's playability, I believe that different players can find a racquet to behave differently from a control perspective.

As far as power goes, while I don't at all find it overpowering, I do find it to have decent power for a control racquet. I know that many find it low powered and I would not argue that as at the end of the day it's still a control racquet and it's still relatively low powered. I do find it to have pretty good pop though (I realize some may see pop and power as the same thing). At times (while I'm pretty sure that it's not true) I think that it may be the woofer grommets. It seems that the ball comes off the woofer grommets string bed with more pop than with regular grommet string beds.
