1. Either Cincinnati 2013 for it’s pure brutality and epicness, or Rome 2018 – I felt a bit depressed after Madrid loss to Thiem, and thought there is no way Nadal is winning Rome with this kind of draw.

2. Either Roland Garros 2017 or US Open 2019. The older Nadal gets, the more valuable his Slam wins feel.

3. Definitely a good beef steak, preferably medium.

1. Miami 2017, simply because I couldn't believe he won the Sunshine Double at 35 after not having won Miami since 2006. He came through a lot of tough matches and played another solid HC match against Rafa in the final, which I actually thought he'd lose.

2. Australian Open 2017 or Wimbledon 2012. I think @Yugram said it best: wins get sweeter the older your fave gets. AO 2017 was too perfect for Fed. Out of nowhere at 35 after 6 months of absencs, three five-set matches and beating his main rival of his peak years in a slam for the first time since 2007. Amazing. However, I have special memories of Wimbledon 2012. That one I didn't see coming as well (but more so than AO 2017 of course), and he almost lost to Benneteau. But back then beating Djokovic and Murray in a row was very impressive, played amazing doing it and became no. 1 to finally get the record. Also, I myself won a doubles and singles final the very same day that Fed beat Murray in the final. All in all an amazing tennis day for me!

3. Wings of course! ;p

2019 Miami

Roger was pegged back, in a worse-than-2013 period of his career for last 12 months or so(all thanks to delpo loss @ IW18), having just lost the winnable final against Thiem at IW19, I thought Roger was done and dusted winning big titles. But the way he came through that week, not dropping a set after grindfest with Albot in 1st match, totally gave me goosebumps that this guy's coming back.

2018 clay season was Raindal though.
Especially at rome final.
Nadal played very poorly in the final, I still can't believe that a player like Zverev had him on ropes. Even at RG, he was in patchy form up until mighty struggle with Schwartzman of all people. On both ocassions, Rain delays helped him to collect himself back.
Though Rafa picked up his clay king form back in the SF, and totally crushed in-form Delpo & Thiem.

His form doesn’t make Rome victory any less sweeter. ;) And hey, that was PEAK Zverev, the guy who hasn’t lost a single serve earlier in Madrid.

Madrid was even weirder, totally exposing Thiem's journeyman mentality in big finals (I'd never forgive fed for gifting him 2019 IW).
I thought Rome 2019 would be your choice. The signal of lion coming back to life, with 4 murders en route to the title, including the assassination of the robot.

Hard to choose. But it's probably one between 2007 Montreal (beating all top 3 players), 2013 Monte Carlo (ending Nadal's eight year streak) and 2018 Cincy (completing the set).

Wimbledon 2014. Several matches had drama and I already thought back then it was a vital Slam win going forward. Also it was a great summer for me on a personal level, bery emotional and ombeleeble vacation.

Assassination of the robot. :-D Yeah, that was a very good one as well.

1. Cincinnati 18. Rain interrupted and 4 consecutive 3 set matches from 2R to SF. Part of comeback trail and most importantly achieving the Golden Masters.
2. RG16. Finally winning RG after memories of RG11-RG15 and achieving the "Nole Slam".
3. Spiked fruit salad.

Nadal choked a set in Rome 2019 final, that really brings it down by a lot. At least Zverev was on fire during Madrid and Rome 2018.

Mostly because it seems he had finally conquered his 'mental block' versus Nadal....3 in a row (AO+IW) against his nemesis. Also having gone through an epic tough draw: Delpo-Berdy-Kyrgios (classic match)-Nadal.
AO 2017
Everybody had written him off in 2016, then I saw him live at RLA in R3 vs Berdy....watch a match from the Swiss Maestro! I had that feeling that maybe...perhaps...it could possibly well happen. Then the 2 five setter matches, before the epic final, versus...non other than - Nadal!

1. IW 2013 - after a 7 month absence and not winning a HC title since late 2010, this felt super sweet. Not to mention that I didn't expect him to win it at all.
2. US Open 2010 - I'll never forget that epic US Open when he was just destroyed everybody. Honourable mentions to US Open 2019 (didn't expect it), RG 2013/2017 (comebacks from not winning a Slam for a long period).
3. Too many to choose from :)

G.O.A.T.
1. Indian Wells 2013 was pretty special because it was the comeback. Cincy 2013 was pretty special because it was the one nobody thought he could win, and Rome 2006 was pretty special because of how god damn close it ended up being in that final. I would probably go with Indian Wells overall, but it's close.

2. Fave slam is also close, the Roland Garros in 2006 watching him back up the first one and knock off Roger again, especially after how close he got in Rome was amazing. Wimbledon 2008 obviously very special, ditto Australia 2009, USO 2010 was very cool on account of the serve and Roland Garros 2013 was the comeback, and such a hell of a draw he had to go through. That said I would probably go USO 13. I think beating Djokovic in a slam final on a hard court with zero excuses to be had may be the single most important win for his legacy in his entire career. RG 13 is probably the one overall, but I lean USO because of the final.

3. Big into chilaquiles at the moment.

Miami 2017 (AO+Sunshine Double at 35), Miami 2019(Came after a tough period for Fed), 2009'Madrid( exhausted Nadal in the final but it had been a frustrating year)
AO 2017( no explanation needed), RG 2009( Elusive FO and career slam), Wim 12( won a slam after 2 and a half years, seventh Wimby).

You forgot favorite WTF :D
Why?

So, I'll start with favorite WTF...

0. WTF 2014, because of sweater, and Federer saying there is no purpose to play match which cannot be won... So, he instead played few days later in Davis Cup...

1. Cincinnati 2018, because of completion of all masters series, task no-one else did... Nadal and Roger won only 7/9...

2. Wimbledon 2019, because of 40-15, just one more finger, eating grass in front of thousands disappointed Feddddtards, lockroom tears.... Although, 40:15 would be enought...

1 Rome 2006. Best masters final, all the sweeter for saving match points.

2 RG 2008. A vastly underrated Nadal performance. To allow an in-form player of Federer's quality only 4 games in a GS final is imo the most astonishing performance I have witnessed in 40 years of watching tennis. It was like watching a surgical dismemberment, a thorough exposition of all the weaknesses in Federer's game. I believe this is the moment the King was dethroned, not Wimbledon 2008.

Nadal Division:

Slam - still has to be Wimbledon 08.
AO09 with the back-to-back wins over an insane Verdasco and an in-form Fed was also special.

M1000: probably, as others mentioned, Rome 2006 - extraordinary play by both legends.

Djokovic Division:
Slam: F0 2016 - Not the very best match, but of great historical importance.
Runner-up: Though a semi, Wimbledon 18, with two legends on their game in a cliffhanger. Also, the de facto final, and the signal that Novak was back on his game.

M1000: There must be much better ones, but yes, Cincy 18 and completing the Masters set, though neither he nor Fed played great that day.

Meal? Probably, chicken cacciatore.
Food? Still, nothing beats a good chocolate chip cookie.

1.Cincy 2015 , because Federer spanked two in form top 4 players and a couple more high ranked players, despite of being already relatively old for the speed of the surface, but there are many other candidates really
2. Australian Open 2017, because of the path to the final and the unforgettable way in which he sent all myths about his matchup with Nadal and the reasons for it in the history
3. Too many to list, but if I am really really pressed to point at only one thing it will probably be wild boar/deer ragout pappardelle (that might change if you ask me next time though. It is difficult to give up foie gras, stuffed partridge, braised lamb leg, turbot with tomatoes etc etc etc, the list is endless).

Favourite Nadal matches:
RG 2008 F - no comment necessary
Roma 2005 F - winner takes all, literally. To say this broke Coria is understating the situation. Arguably the 3rd best on clay in his time, Coria was left with almost nothing to show for his greatness. This match, along with early Davis Cup wins earmarked Nadal as a mental Titan.

Favourite Murray matches:
WI 2013 F - no explanation necessary
Roma 2016 F - some of Murray's best tennis, and in a Roma Final no less!

Favourite Djokovic matches:
WI 2014 F - the most important win of his career imo
Miami 2011 F - supersonic tennis that hardly looked real.

Favourite Federer matches:
AO 2017 F - the best mental performance of his career
Roma 2006 F - his best ever match on clay

I find a thread like this impossible to give a true answer. Every one of them are sweet, in different ways.
But there is some truth that the older Nadal gets, the more satisfying his wins become.
Either of his 'comeback' seasons have got to rank up there with most meaningful.

You seen the emotion of RG 17, USO 19. These are huge for his career, but we also cant miss out probably his most defining moment at W08.
Ive never been glued to a tennis match as much as that day, and I can remember it all like it was last week.

Masters wins , I would give notable mentions to his 2013 season, winning Cinci, Canada and IW. To do that + the USO in one season is remarkable .
Monte Carlo 16 was big for him getting back on track in big tournaments, but like W08 above, we cant forget Rome 06 as his classic match.
