I've never been of Zverev as a player, I always thought he was a bit overrated as I feel a lot of folks jumped way too early on that bandwagon. With that being said, I think his situation is quite sad and I sincerely hope he will be able to turn things around at some point and maybe live up to the expectations that a lot of people put on him. The mental aspect of the game is often underrated yet it's just as important if not more than the technical aspect of the game, heck it's what separates the top guys from the rest. I don't care how good one can be technically speaking, if you lack confidence and you lose it every time things get tight, you'll never progress. Overcoming this issue will be hard for Zverev and I suspect that the partnership with him & Lendl isn't paying off. He seems to have regressed since Ivan joined his team, so perhaps it's time to go seek help elsewhere? I think he needs to find a coach that will help him believing in himself, just like what Magnus Norman did for Wawrinka.
