AO is so much better to watch on the west coast, tough on the east coast. Maybe I'll move to Hawaii in Januarys from now on

No not really. I have been listening to the Dimitrov hype for years now and he is 21 years old with NO ATP titles. Sure he will improve but his results do not match the hype.

I agree with you. People have been hyping this dude up for years now and he has still not lived up to it. People are STILL predicting him to be a multiple slam winner. It's just ridiculous.

Let's see what happens with Jerzy, Tomic and Raonic.

I expect only Tomic to do well, with his unbeaten 2013 record of 10+wins he has proven something. I don't see him beating Federer though. And by that I mean: He better not.

I see Raonic losing to Kohli and Jerzy losing to anyone.

Good god Bartoli, you spend all that time practicing random stomp footwork/split steps, and scaring the ball kids and lines people with your shadow swings, why not spend some time on a 2nd serve?

Has anyone noticed Cibulkova's habit of smelling a tennis ball when she's getting balls from the ball boy? Found that really odd and funny :)

Yup she's been doing that for the longest time.

Her,lisciki, and radwanska are my fav Female players, would hate to see her go out 1st round. She's down a set I think

But Nadal was out there beating Federer in tournaments younger than 19. The point is, Dimitrov is no Nadal and forget about Dimitrov being labelled as a Federer duplicate, what a joke.

Exactly. Imagine a 17 year old coming today to beat Djokovic(the nr.1 player) in straights. This board would blow up.

I think we need to lower our expectations for most of the younger generation. The era of the 17-19 year old that can win slams is probably over for the foreseeable future.

Not quite. I'm a Vancouver Canucks fan who is curious about Joseph Labate. How's he doing?

He's doing okay, he plays the second line which actually is more of our grinder line as the first and third lines have been producing most of the goals. (our first line has 3 legit future stars). He's a solid puck handler but he hasn't scored much nor does he take very many shots. His size is definitely imposing but he still needs to develop his offensive game. Does a lot of the dirty work though.

Good to know. Heaven knows the Canucks need more grit and size in their lineup in the future. Do you think there's an offensive game there to develop or is he likely destined to be a bottom 6 player in the NHL, if he's destined to be an NHL player at all?

COME ON YOUZHNY!! Came fighting back from 2 sets down after that horrible tiebreak. Now 2-2 in the 5th set. I hope the Russian veteran has still got it in him. Don't let this punk beat you.

Right now I'd say 3rd line winger is the ceiling. We have a great record of developing two way forwards though. There are 45 Badgers right now in the NHL!!

I have come to the conclusion that the coverage here is so frustrating, they have shown so much WTA today. It's silly the AO website doesn't let me watch any matches on AOTV just because I live here.

On another note, looks like it's all over for Ebden.
