Anyone know what are the 5 highest rated volley racquets that were playtested and reviewed by the TW playtesters?

Can you please post links to the review?

The ones with the smallest headsize usually end up being the top volley rackets due to the better touch you get with a smaller headsize. K90, for example. Nothing bigger than a 95.

First off, you've GOT to remember that the newer reviews have some serious inflation. That aside, I THINK I remember the radicals (all of them) have abnormally high volley ratings, and the TT Warrior has a nice volley rating.

True. In addition, and no offense to TW, I don't think examining the volley ratings of the past playtests would yield accurate (statistically significant) results because I don't think it's methodologically sound. I do think it is highly informational and can give cues regarding various playing characteristics of certain frames...Most importantly, we are fortunate that TW gives us the luxury of these wonderful message boards for more real-world analysis.

I would really have a field-day writing those reviews ;-)

Yes, some of the older racquets had such 'low' numbers that you would be led to believe that an aerogel 200 is better than a MW 200G. If you were to calibrate these ratings, I'd say a 77 rating from 2001 or 2002 would be equivalent to today's 85...

How do you find reviews of rackets that are no longer sold by TW? I've seen some links posted once in a while but havn't figured out how to get to the old ones myself.

Get off it and go find them yourself. You are asking people to do the looking for you. Quit being a needy ass.

Opinions are not the answers I am seeking.
I am simply asking if anyone knows how to get to the links of the reviewed rackets (mostly past models) with high volley ratings.
