Would this be beneficial if I wanted to get stronger in a shorter amount of time? I know I still have to work as hard; just wanted to see what this would do for me.
I wouldn't waste my money. For $40.00, you know you are getting ripped off. I'm sure this stuff is all hype. If you want a boost try some cheap caffeine pills.
From what I know, creatine MIGHT work. Protein immediately after exercise MIGHT prove to have a strength and muscle building effect. No conclusive evidence exists for any of this stuff.
For all of you saying that this stuff is hype, you've never had it, have you? It works, and CREATINE works.
It is hype.
Strong evidence.
See my post. It has been proven to be hype. All it is is NO2 and creatine mono packaged together with a higher sticker price, and BSN is LYING to you about what is in it.
It can help you in certain aspects. If you are looking to get bigger the only way to truely do that is to eat a lot of food. And work out hard. You can't get bigger if you don't eat. Products like No-Xplode help in giving you energy to workout. Pretty much it's a lot of caffene (around 200mg i think) to energize you. So if you think that caffene wouldn't be beneficial to you, then it's not for you. The theroy behind the nitric oxide in them is that it makes your blood vessels bigger so they can oxygenate your muscles so they don't fatigue as fast and can get those extra reps. The only way you will get noticeably stronger is if you lift weights. I wouldn't take this if you are not lifting weights regularly. It would just be a waste of money. You could just drink coffee or a rockstar to get the extra energy. As for creatine, you can buy a 500g tub of CEE for like $25
It does what it's supposed to. And that is because of the NO2 and Creatine Monohydrate. Unless you're here trying to tell me that creatine monohydrate doesn't do anything? In that case, you'd be very wrong. Marketers hype and exaggerate their products all of the time, especially in supplements. Muscle-Tech claims that their Cell-Tech product will give gains of 7 lbs in 7 days. Racquet companies claim that they have the newest and most effective racquet technology on the market. This is not something new. Have you tried NO-XPLOD? What did you find?
Yeah, you can definitely get NO2 and Creatine Mono cheaper than BSN's NO-XPLOD. BSN tends to have higher priced supplements, anyways. However, since NO2 and Creatine are scientifically proven to have energy boosting effects, it can be concluded that NO-XPLOD works, yes?
Pwned .And I don't know what the hell you're arguing about. Obviously it's not "all hype" if it works, yes? And then you say "all it is is NO2 and creatine mono" like that's a bad thing. People who buy NO-XPLOD know exactly what they're going to get from the product. Simply put, a boost of energy. End of story.
Companies always exaggerate and their products and make up sh*t to market it. It happens everywhere, not just in supplements. See my post above.

That is not what HYPE is. The product works. Because it is expensive does not mean it's hyped. Overpriced? Yes/maybe. But that is completely different from hyped. Can I sell you some $50 lollipops? They taste the same as the $1 lollipops, but why would you pay less for the same product?
Ok, a strength and muscle building effect greater than that of food ingested more than 3 hours later in the day. As of now, the increased benefit of a 30, 60, and 120 minute protein consumption window is speculation.Quote:

Dumbest thing I have ever read.

"NEW TO FORMULA - CEM3™ (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate): CEM3™’s ethyl ester linkage makes it more lipid soluble than regular creatine formulas. This supports rapid and complete transfer across the lipid membrane that surrounds the cells lining your intestine. Taking CEM3™ to the forefront of creatine pharmacology is its patent-pending bond to Malic Acid. This improves creatine’s water solubility, allowing it to dissolve more easily in the gut. Potential benefits include improved absorption, less wastage, and fewer stomach upsets (bloating, cramps, etc.). Malic Acid is also an intermediate in the ATP-generating Krebs Cycle. CEM3™ thereby enhances muscle ATP levels and overall exercise performance above and beyond what may be expected from regular creatine and esterified creatine formulas. Further distinguishing CellMass is the proprietary process by which CEM3™ is synthesized. Unlike other esterified creatines, CEM3™ production begins with anhydrous creatine (creatine from which water has been removed). Only then is esterification begun. This ensures superior product stability and longevity.
