Well, i have an issue. I use to use a poly with a syn as a cross, but i have noticed that the poly die and everything just sucks. And now im going to go with a full bed of syn gut or a multi. But the thing is that i don't no what to get. I tried the PSGD, but im not in love with it. What else should i try? Any string will do. Also, i tried the "search" button. I still can't find my answer.

I'm thinking about the tecnifibre multifeel, but multi gets mushy.

give Head Rip Control 16 or 17 a spin. It's better than PSGD because it doesn't move and has a similar lively feel. Tension maintenance is surprisingly great for any kind of string. My experience with other multi's is how quickly they turn to mush after 4-5 hours of play. I've also played a whole year on Klip Legend gut in both 17 and 16 flavors, full jobs for a while and then hybrid with various stuff like ISO speed, poly, PSGD... but hey Rip Control is $7 a set and very playable.

i don't like any of them. the x-i has to much power. And the nxt, i just not feeling it

Tecnifibre NRG2 is a very nice multi that is less powerful (and less expensive) than X-One.

My favorite multi of all though is Babolat Xcel Power - although it is one of the most expensive multi's,

Take care.

Please, never make a suggestion to anyone regarding strings. Ever. Kevlar and soft should never be in the same sentence.

To the OP - Try a Technifibre multi strung tightly. Say NRG2 at 6 lb. above your old poly hybrid, or XR3 at 5 lb. higher (it is a bitter stiffer than NRG).

Thank you for all the suggestions everyone, I might give the NRG2 a try. And the head Rip control. I might string it around.... 55-60. Might be 57, but keep all the suggestions coming :D
