As for wine and running, everybody knows that's not a wise combination. Everyone that is except the French, whose Marathon du Médoc, which took place over the weekend, is a celebration of exactly that.

Xis, that Kontact was like last years stuff I remember TW was actually selling those for a bit. You may be able to find it on the bay or something.

Right now you are one of the few dudes I know with new lotto stuff so your opinion is very valuable to us.

What you guys think of these kicks?

The TEcmo Bo's turned out aiight. But not sweet enough to justify getting the all white joints.

But these TokiDoki Chumpies may pose another dilemma. Asics may be in the redeeming themselves. The Mexico 66s are a sweet shoe as well.

I like the flavored wing sauce over just plain hot. Hooters used to have a sauce called spicy jack that wasa the best. It had some zip to it ut a nice flavor at the same time.

But yes if they were lame I would threw hot sauce onthere and asked for some old bay if ididnt have my shaker in my pocket

I didn't realize the Simon Cup was last weekend. Bumner. They told me the field was weak. Guess they need to advertise better.

Then I find out the association is taking a new direction. No more local tournaments but rather bigger Usta tournaments.

So, after 3 years of no pay raises (and my paycheck has actually decreased, but that is a rant for another time), Arlington County decided today that the place where I and several other teachers park (and have been parking for YEARS) is suddenly...a drop off only zone. And we come trudging out of work to find a new sign and tickets on our cars.

Btw, Hollywood, I very much recommend Mizunos for running. I would, however, also suggest that you go to a running store where they can watch you run and suggest a few shoes that suit you best according to your gait.

My problem, and I dealt with it once before (oddly enough, the last time I trained for the Army 10 miler the same thing happened) is Illiotibial Band Syndrome. Pretty much a whole lot of overuse. Guess the running plus tennis was not such a great idea.

I do have a friend who will buy my registration, though, so at least I will get my money back.

I am 15 therefore I go to school. I come home around 3:00. I can play almost any time after 3:00. The problem is that I don't have transportation so I could only play at 2 courts near my house.

No, my parents are don;t care at all about my tennis and I have financially support my self and buy all the equipment myself. Tournaments are way too expensive for me and my parents don't care and are very ignorant of my passion and drive for tennis. All my hitting partners are at a lower level than me. But I can't do better because of the lack of resources. I taught myself how to play and never got a tennis lesson but in 2 years of playing tennis I am able to play at 4.0.

Yes, but high school season is in the spring and there are usually 25 people on 4 courts, so I don't really get better. I was undefeated in doubles last year until I went to states.

Tough spot. If you lived closer to DC, the chances of hitting would be better. Are you going to play for your high school?

Not undefeated in the states but I was undefeated in the season or my district and regions.

You have some nice strokes. Why don't you hit with the guys from your team in the off season. You played 1 Dubs so I'm guessing the 1-4 singles guys would be a better challenge for you.

I do know that this trauma (read really bad wounds) nurse just spent the last weekend watching her foot turn ruby red with cellulitis without going to the ER because it didn't look bad enough. So what the heck do I know. Today I put on a shoe for the first time in a week.

I have correctly, however, diagnosed my own IT band syndrome (AKA connective tissue behaving badly!) and used a foam roller for the first time today. That hurt like hell.

I remember your string set up, I do...*eyebrow*...you have Maxim touch as your SG right?

If you go back to your Dunlops, what will become of the nTours? Will you just add them to your collection?

PS...looked it up, cellulitis is more connective tissue...behaving badly! Hope you're on the road to recovery!
