Make ordering quicker?

Is it possible to sign in with a username and password when ordering so that addresses and method of payment come up automatically in the shopping cart?
Also, seeing previous orders would help to make sure I was not forgetting anything.
One more thing, being able to sign in and place things in a cart as I think of them, and them stay there until I get ready to order, even a month later, would be great.
I order about 3-4 times a month, and it would make it a little easier.

The site already remembers addresses and shipping locations.. any easier than that and it would become insecure to order.

is it really that big of a deal to take a minute or two more?

And, why not just make a list for yourself on what you need. if you're ordering 3-4 times a month, why not just wait, save, and buy in bulk in one big order?

I order once every 6 months or so.. but drop alot when I do. but I save on shipping, and it works well for me.

one obvious thing would be an instant check out with paypal since my paypal already includes the name and shipping address

yea but paypall will want to take a big cut. then TW would have to hike up price

TW already takes paypal since forever but the still want you to fill out their form instead of just getting that info from the paypal checkout

None of the things are remembered when I go to order, and no it is not a big deal, just a small one, because I am often at work, but that is what I am asking, how do I get it to save addresses?
I am not nearly organized enough to keep a list on my own. I often have one of my friends who I string for call me at work and want to get up an order and try to get enough to save shipping. I sometimes forget what I need for myself, due to being busy at work, and probably cause I'm getting older.
I really can't afford to keep a ton of stuff in stock. I ask people to pay me as I order, due to getting stiffed in the past, and that is why I order so often.

The credit card companies also take a small percentage of each purchase.
