Ok so I have pretty much discovered that everbody around here has a favorite top player(fed, murray, nadal, ect). What i want to know is who is your favorite player thats not a member of the top 4? Just stating my faves are Almagro and Florian Mayer.

Mayer for me too, i've always liked Tipsarevic, but now he's been around the top 10 for awhile i'm not sure if he counts as much.

Berdych: love fearless, power-hitting
Gulbis: he WILL win a slam. You heard it here first :)
Gasquet: love his backhand
Cilic: great guy, just has some mental issues to work out
Harrison: he's a brat, but he's got major potential

Other players who seem to be on their way out: Fish (??), Baghdatis, Davydenko & Nalbandian

Current - Wawrinka or Dolgopolov

Former - Arazi, Leconte

Really unique - Santoro, Braasch, Gene Mayer.

Nalbandian, but also ever since Roland Garros David Goffin! :)

Both really beautiful style of play in my opinion.

Davydenko, Baghdatis, Nalbandian, Malisse, Wawrinka, Goffin, Haas, Kohlschreiber, Tsonga (on grass) and Berdych for his effortless power. I like Delpo as well.

Fabrice Santoro is my favourite player of all time. I wish it were possible for someone like him to emerge again.

No clue why I like watching Florian Mayer play...perhaps it's because of his awkward style.

Loved to watch Soderling as well when he was around :(

A few Mayer fans I see :). Wouldn't have expected it.

How old is he BTW?, I don't think I had noticed he existed until rather recently.

I like Dimitrov's style. Well he may not reach top 10 or 20 but when you see his style you would think that he is a one of the top players nowadays. The boy is too much on pressure as they expect too much from him.

Had (still have) a serious crush on Marcos Baghdadis for several years (I'm a lady). Also have to smile whenever John Isner and Nick Mahut play, possibly because of their historic Wimbledon match. On the women's side, I kind of like Marion Bartoli's weird serve.

Yes, agreed about Mayer; also ditto for Goffin, Malisse and Dimitrov. I also like to watch one handers from lesser known players, eg Guillermo García-López

Grigor Dimitrov is my favorite player after Federer. The fact that he is Bulgarian, and has a pretty style of game helps out too.

Nadal= awkward looking but one of the greatest fhs of all time. Has produced some of the greatest passing shots ever.

Kohlschreiber, Wawrinka,Haase. 1HBH 4 Life.

Guilty of liking almost all players with 1hbh...

Tipsarevic also, short guys with good serves are rare.

Brian Baker has got my eye lately.

Ryan Harrison and Milos Raonic because they both believe in coming to the net. Always good to see.

DolgoSantoro

Well as my name suggests I liked Santoro before he retired, you don't get much more unique than that. If we're considering current players only then Dolgopolov obviously, I also like Wawrinka and Bozoljac

Tsonga for his attacking style
Nalbandian ... well in my opinion he is the second most talented tennis player after federer
