When I see AO09 final, I'm pretty sure which point it is, and I'm pretty sure I don't need to review these highlights. As a Fed fan, this is still the most hurtful match of all, and the one I'd pick over any other to change the outcome of.
Yeah, I knew it too. I've watched the highlights via four different broadcasters (UK, USA, France, Russia), and in each case the commentators have audibly gasped at Federer's crosscourt forehand. I've absolutely no idea how Rafa was able to reach it, and I think it might be the single greatest stroke I've seen which wasn't an instant winner.
I'm more of a tennis fan than someone who roots for an individual, though. I do wish Federer's form hadn't dropped off so anti-climatically in the fifth set, spoiling a match that until that point had been even better than Wimbledon '08. But I'd rather watch Roger lose matches like those, than win as one-sidedly as he did from '04 to '07.
Also, I agree that Connors' rally vs Haarhuis was another amazing point.
