And try Asics shoes, after nearly a decade of bitterly sticking to nike/adidas shoes, my feet have found a revolution. Both the GR's and Solution Speed are like heaven in a tennis shoe. Come with me everybody!

I personally have not tried any version of the Gel Resolutions but I have two pairs of the green speed solutions and love them. Just ordered a pair of the new black/yellow colorway. I mainly play hard courts and get pretty good durability considering they are a lightweight speed oriented shoe. Also have some of the Adizero Feather IIs but have not played in them yet as I just really like the speed solutions.
I prefer the Solutions over the Resolutions. But, try Yonex 308, great balance of stability and comfort. My prefered tennis shoe is the 308.
Never understand how people can tell others which shoes to get. Everybody's feet are different, you're own two feet are probably not even the same. I liked my GR2's from Asics, but the breathe 2k10 and now the cc feather II have proven to be the best fit for my feet.
Asics makes great high quality shoes, but they're not for everyone.

The V9 is certainly a great shoe, but the price in conjunction with low durability just makes it a bad value.
Tried both Speed Solution and Resolution and prefer the Speed Solutions which are really light and has decent cushion but after a couple hours on the court, my feet get a bit sore. The Vapor 9s on the other hand are really plush and I love the way they keep your midfoot nice and snug.
Not sure I agree...The v9 is about the same price as the GR4 and GR5.
GRs are more durable+warranty, so they when you combine the two the GRs end up being at least half the price, probably less (when you take the timespan of both pairs vs. 1 pair of v9s)
Ok. No argument from me. I have multiple pairs of GR4 and V9...love 'em all.

Same here ones for practice one is for matches
Thinking of going back to this setup. Gr4 about the most comfy, cushioned shoe out there for my particular foot but the Vapor 9's are lighter and I feel much quicker on that first step, and I love the lower 'court feel', so I've been using them for awhile now... But the legs and joints sometimes miss that more plush Asics ride.
