Do you have a before picture of the hat?Hey Kim, took your advice and after realizing how much I suck at art I had my daughter fill in the yellow RF (and swoosh and 'federer' on back) with a darkish blue which came out a cool blue/greenish! Looks sweet.

Congrats for the first try haha.
I like the color and it will show good contrast. Deep blue looks good and probably green might be good too.
I should give you detail advices that you should get duel tip pen style which has sharp narrow tip for edges and general large area for wide tip of pen so dyeing color will only stay in the logo.
I should try one for myself hahaha.

Yeah it is a pain!
Cool, which French Open ones are you next customising? I've got the 2014 French Open grey on their way. The light grey may be tricky to match though
I'm also temped with the womens white/silver Vapor. Looks like Wimbledon 2016 but without the elephant print which I was never a fan of, and he certainly didn't have on his.

Just working on Indian wells and Miami Fed shoes.
Removed court logo and probably paint tongues then apply RF logo.
Hopefully It will be much better looking.

Removed the stitched Nike Court logo? How did you manage that?

Embroidered logo is impossible to remove if I can't access to back side so there is a little spots (neon yellow) but I can paint them since fed's tongue is black. I removed with a special scissor.
Will see how this thing will be turn out ^_^

Tongues are much better looking without extra layer of heat transfer film which covers court logos. Still can see slight of court logo from embroidered logos but barely notice it.
Tried to use heat transfer material to swoosh on shoes to cover black swoosh but just can't match. Tried three times and I felt I am wasting materials so decided to paint with brush.
I could use airbrush but a little challenging to put masking tape so I painted with regular brush.
Fed's actual shoes tongue color is black so I painted tongue in black.
Fitframe RF logo is always challenging. Turned out decently but still need to find a way to improve. Hand painting makes me limitation to be perfect T_T.

I used dyeing pen but it took forever. Probably I am leaning towards to use angelus paint with mixing paint.
It will be much faster.

Actually He wore one of my customized shoes haha.
Currently Geoff lives about 10 min from my house so he did not need to bring anything since he or I can pick it up stuffs anytime we want.
Probably I will drop my Yonex Regna for custom grip and see his magic (hate Yonex grip shape).
Good to see Geoff in person ^_^
I need to learn more strategy from him. lost most of games and points T_T

I have not done my shoes for customizations recently so I wanted to test some new methods.
I removed nike logos on tongues. it was not bad but I can't remove completely without making holes which stitched.
I covered holes with fabrics then painted tongues.
also could remove glues so there is rectangular marks on tongues but looks decent.
I painted edges with light blue and it was possible. if I get Red vapors, I will be able to make Davis cup shoes. hope I can find the shoes for deep discounts ^_^

Over 95% people do not care about apparels and tennis gears ^_^ and I will be the one who will wear those.Aren't people bothered by the fact that those shirts were technically before Novak joined Lacoste?
The way I see it, it would be akin to the chinese fakes of every imaginable trade-marked item that has been copied and various logos slapped all over that merchandise.
I can appreciate the craftiness, but that is something else.
Probably I will wear those apparels with LB customized shoes (ND faces and GS trophy images).

Very nice Djokovic logo customizations! I kinda wish Djokovic did not leave Uniqlo; I have a few of his UQ polos, but now he's no longer with them

Got two black and white swoosh vapor from Nike website. It was about $72 so used one voucher plus extra cash.
I always want to create "287" and Davis cup vapor. Finally decided to make it.
Took more time than I thought but it turned out decent ^_^
Whoever design "287", he/she should run Nike tennis design team.
I was very surprised to see the "287" logo is exactly same whether it's upside down or not. Brilliant logo design.
Carefully removed rubber material and could put RF logo at tongues. Still can see glue residues but not that bad in person. Still need to finish some more touch up.
BTW I need gold shoe lace T_T. Just can't find gold color shoe lace which will match with the shoes.
Possibly I might just dye the shoe lace......
