Yeah, same here (assuming we get through). John's been in good form here and has a positive H2H against Raonic, so I'm considering taking the risk.

Taking a risk with Isner in the QF to have a little chance to win the title (most likely will need Djokovic to beat Nadal in a possible SF), or pick Djokovic in the QF, then Federer in the SF and run out of picks for the final lol.

Don't like the fact that Nadal won 12 sets in a row so far. Also first time in the quarterfinals after 7 years and going to be the world number 1 on Monday again. Now I definitely see him as the big favorite to lose against Roger on Sunday :D

After seeing Novak's match yesterday, I am feeling a bit more confident about risking it now. Tough decisions!

And now that del Potro won 7-6, 7-6, 5-7, 7-6, we are already prepared for tomorrow lol.

If we don't get at least 3 tie breaks in the Isner - Raonic match, I'm going to be disappointed.

Well, at least I didn't go just for the points. Too bad that Isner decided to choke in the most important part of the set. Everytime that I pick him on Wimbledon he chokes, that's why I didn't pick him earlier. Now I didn't have a choice if I wanted to have a chance of winning this.

F*ck you Raomug.

Isner, this is the chance of your life to make it to the final of Wimbledon now that Federer is out. Why are you wasting this incredible opportunity?

I think Anderson's ground game is superior to both these two, could definitely see him in the final IF he keeps it up.

I feared picking Isner/Rao/Neo in R1, ended up picking Dimi. Now 2 of these three is in Semi lol.

Djokovic definitely has a chance of winning the title now, but I don't know if Anderson is going to recover on time for the semifinals. The good thing is that he is playing against a guy that hates rallies.

So, only @bezs @Desertman and myself have a chance of winning this.

I have Anderson and Djokovic available.

bezs and Desertman have Anderson and Nadal available.

This is going to be interesting.

Good luck with this. A solo Slam title run awaits! Though Kevin Anderson could easily troll

I don't know what to think of that match. Thought that Anderson was going to be drained physically but now Djokovic must be feeling pretty similar. So physically I don't know if someone is going to be better or worse.

Mentally Djokovic has the edge because he already played 4 Wimbledon finals and won 3 of them.

Anderson is playing the tennis of his life and Djokovic is close to his best. But when Djokovic was already at his best, Anderson pushed him to the limit in this tournament lol.

Anyway, another tough match for sure.

KAndyman has been in a slam final much more recently so he won't be in awe of the circumstance, nor will he be lacking confidence after the near upset three years ago.

I wish you luck! I also wish they are both fit to give us a high quality match.

Thanks, don't know if we are going to have a HQ match but surely some drama at least.

The adrenaline rush of being close to a slam title may take hold for a while. Obviously the first set will be even more critical than normal.

I didn't know there was anyone left!

Congrats RS92!

Congratulations @RS92 for winning the big one! 2nd Slam title to add to the trophy cabinet.

Very interesting so see that all Slams so far in 2018 have had exactly 1 winner!

Thanks guys!

No wonder @RS92 was rooting for Djokovic during the sf:cool:

Lol, I want to add that every single time that Djokovic plays against Nadal, I want Djokovic to win. I remember for example 10 years ago that I was rooting for Novak against Nadal in the SF of Hamburg because Djokovic was one win away of surpassing Nadal in the ranking for the first time. I was tired of Federer number 1 and Nadal number 2, I wanted a new player there :D

Someone actually won this weird trainwreck of a tournament? CONGRATS!

All decided by a few points. Needed Anderson to win in the semifinals and he won one of the longest matches in the history of tennis. Then I needed Djokovic to win his semifinal match in order to have a pick available for the final, and he won an extremely close match as well lol.

Between R4 and the final, my picks played 10 tie breaks and won 7

Still trying to wrap my head around this (and get over Isner's epic loss lol)
It sounds more and more incredible each time I read it!

It's crazy really. It's like everyone of us has a determined % of luck for this game every year, and I used all the luck that I had available for this tournament :D

If I lose in the first round of every tournament until the end of the year, I can't complain at all after what happened last week lol. Of course I hope to keep winning matches to finish the year in the top 5/top 3...
