305g frame with a 330 SW v 330g with a 320SW?

There are a lot of racquets at the moment that come with a fairly low static weight but with a high swing weight. Pro Kennex which are known to produce arm safe racquets are one brand that has a Black Ace Pro with a 305 static weight but 330 swing weight. Tecnifibre also has its TF 40 305 with a 329 swing weight. Prince Synergy 2021 is another that comes to mind. This is very different to my trusty old Volkl PB 10 Mid which has a 330 static weight paired to a speedy 320 SW,
In the past I have always read from various sites that for elbow and shoulder health a heavy yet headlight frame was better.
It’s quite possible that many will get the Pro Kennex Black Ave Pro and put a leather grip
on it and be done with it.
So my question is why are the manufacturers making these frames, what are the benefits and how do they perform with arm safety, Are the new Pro Kennex Black Aces and Ki 5 plus’s better for the arm than a Redondo, Q 325 or 5G, 7G.

For me a heavy static weight is not shoulder friendly.

330g unstrung with a 320sw would be fine for my wrist/forearm but wouldn’t feel nice on the shoulder in longer matches.
305g unstrung with a 330sw wouldnt be too great for my wrist on the other hand.

Likely balance of the racket. I’ve found that recent high sw, low static weight rackets have balance in or around 4pts or less. Whereas if you look at traditionally high static weight with near matching swing weight are at least +5 pts.

I prefer higher static but lower SW which means it's probably pretty head light and maneuverable. Not a fan of low static weight but high SW frames due to being 2-3 points HL

I’ve steadily increased my SW and Static up into my mid 40’s. My current unstrung specs are 330/315/330. I find this to work well by moving balance more toward the HL side. This ends up being about 350/320/350 strung on average.

I also hit with soft frames, 59-62 RA, so the heft along with low-ish RA achieve a good balance of control, comfort and power!!

As a side note, control oriented and generally more dense 16x19’s fit this setup nicely.

I think it really depends on your game. I previously defaulted to higher static, lower SW, and very HL frames but as I’ve gotten older, I now find lower static (305 unstrung), higher SW (around 330), low RA (under 62), and less HL (4-6 pts) suits my overall game better.
