I have watched old tapes of Connoly playing. She definitely was a virtual carbon copy to Seles in almost every way, proportion of strengths, style of play, types of strokes, level of dominance at such young age(although slightly more dominant was Connoly, albeit in an earlier era which some would say is easier even though she faced some quality players), temperment, only major differences were she used a one-handed forehand and was alot better on grass than Seles's was.
