All Pure Drives. This racket is just like a toy.Which pure drive? Any? I use the 2018 and hopefully the 2021 soon, but the stiffness bugs me, especially cause I use a smaller handle.

Is that Yonex RDIS 100 or Yonex Rds 001?Yonex RDS 100
Yonex RDIS 100. I am capable to play even with wooden racquets for fun, Yonex RDIS 100 is a very weird racquet to me.Is that Yonex RDIS 100 or Yonex Rds 001?
I almost bought one.
-its been a hot minute since ive hit with this one
-i could not make it work for me
-looked interesting though
Thought you meant the snowshoe,I almost bought one.
I actually LOVED it. Topspin was easy as pie, my balls were dropping in and exploding off the court. Slice backhands were solid, and it was amazing to volley with. Slice and kick serves were big too, though I never could get the flat one working right - just felt like it wasn't coming off the racquet with any power when I hit a flat serve. It felt WAAAAY flexier than its RA would suggest, which I liked - I tend to like frames with flexy throats and stiff hoops.
Anyway, yeah, underrated stick
Local teaching pro used TT Graphite OS. Pretty soft ride. Still own the TT Graphite midPrince Triple Threat Graphite OS, for me. But I bet there are people who like(d) it.
Aww that’s my dads former main stick.Prince Triple Threat Graphite OS, for me. But I bet there are people who like(d) it.
Maybe More Control is a better fit. More series had stiff racquetsPrince More Performance MP - much too light for effective ground strokes and volleys. Did not gel with it at all.
The SI was one of the best racquetsYonex Vcore Si 98. Brassy, hollow, rigid, zero feel, and absolute garbage.
To each his own.The SI was one of the best racquets
Yep, the Pro is another story though.Love the paint job, though. Turk-wise.
Prince Vortex from the 1980s-90s, came with it's own VHS tape claiming to be made of a material that changed flexibility depending on how hard or soft it was hit.
Quote from this article....https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/1995/07/the-feel-of-wood/304281/
And now we have monstrosities like the new Prince Vortex, which uses "a graphite-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic viscoelastic polymer" to create variable flexibility.

Owned both. Dunlop MAX200G was the 1st racquet that supposedly had dynamic stiffness that I recall. The real problem with the original Prince Vortex was that it used a staggered string pattern (like wood racquets did) because the frames cracked when straight line grommet holes were drilled. Prince practically innovated itself out of existence. Don't get me started on the Mono racquet marketing and design fiasco.
it sure looks like that!Snauwaert Ergonom racquet - Snauwaert - Google Arts & Culture
Snauwaert Ergonom racquet with 30 degree offset head. It helped players with a tendency to drop the racquet head to still keep the racquet head in line wit...artsandculture.google.com
A classically dumb design.
Would say the Wilson Ultra 100UL. It feels decent for a couple of seconds. Then the first hit will make you regret having wrists. That thing is like hitting with a metal rod. No flex or comfort. Just pure feel. I felt it only in my wrist. What is the worst racquet ever performance wise? It’s gotta have an erratic stringbed, stiff as all get out, and just play horribly. Any contenders?
Any comments on The Natural?
I had a couple of Major Bullett racquets I purchased some years back. I enjoyed them.Seems Major racquets get little love on this forum.
So do I!!! Bullit Elite, just a lotta lumberI had a couple of Major Bullett racquets I purchased some years back. I enjoyed them.
But they played sooooooo nice.So do I!!! Bullit Elite, just a lotta lumber
Bizarre graphics but a comfy feel. But they played sooooooo nice.
Me either. It just felt wonky to try and play with. Also own a Major X One with an almost even balance. Never cottoned to that one
Yeah it hasn't a double handle, neither it's made from thin metal, but considering some of the high praise it has received, IMO RS305 is one of the worst performing modern sticks. Also the turdiness of QC belongs in its own league.
For me the 305RS is an exceptionally good stick

Son cut his finger and the plastic surgeon turned out to be a classmate. Never attended a re-union, lost contact with most.Has to be the ones they gave to all the kids in high school gym class. Worn out grips and rackets felt like they were from the 90s or something sooner. Only reason the gym teacher beat me, and why I will never go to the high school reunion. Also, the fact I turned out to be a loser working for and living with his parents.... there's another reason I will skip all reunions.
Yeah, life is strangeSon cut his finger and the plastic surgeon turned out to be a classmate. Never attended a re-union, lost contact with most.
Each to there own, This racket as far as I am concerned belongs in the rubbish binReading the title, I was sure some folks would rage against the PD and Babolat. It doesn’t make sense, sorry. The PD may well be the racquet you dislike the most, but saying it is the worst racquet ever performance wise is at best lack of judgement or trolling.
In the past 20 years, no racquet had such an impact on racquet design and maybe the game in general. Many players are fond of the PD (and its ersatz) and do not complain about arm pain. It may not be for all and I’m not defending Babolat at all cost (no longer using a Babolat myself), but please be serious.
