you guys are right. it's important. So let's first see where both players are without the head to head and then compare them
federer: if he'd never played nadal in a slam, he'd have 15 slams. Let's keep weeks at no 1 the same (302 weeks)
nadal: if he'd never played federer in a slam, he'd have 6 slams. He has like 105? weeks at no1?
So is the h2h worth 9 slams and 200 weeks at no 1? I don't think it is worth that much.

Oh goody, another backhanded way to claim goat! Another Insecurity Fed fan post.

It seems, that there are 2 Fed fans today acting like Nadal might be Goat in the thread title, but actually are arguing Feds goat. Is this another tactic to act like Nadal fans are claiming Goatness?

Looks like you adjusted in the opposite direction, lol.

why? before we assign a value for the h2h, we need to take it out of the rivalry and see what impact it has. Who knows, maybe it has the worth of 10 slams. Why do you want to double count it? it already has shaped the course of the rivalry by quite a lot.

I understand how the backhanded Nadal posts work. They are just meant to make it look like Nadal fans other than TDK are starting them. There are actually 2 different threads that act like Nadal is best, while expecting the Fed fans to challenge. Fail.

How about this ....if Nadal had been the player he is today in 2000 and had never been injured Federer would have zero slams :)
