True, Joker does inexplicably and historically underperform at the 2-1 Open. But I’m not convinced by Tiny Carl’s form. He was lucky to even be in the Cincy F. I think this year it’s pretty open and I wouldn’t be surprised if we had a random surprise winner.

Good post. I agree. It’s probably not wise to pencil these guys into the final. Although the favourites both guys looked vulnerable lately. This has always been the slam that can throw up surprises and lead to a new winner. We could get a breakthrough from a sinner or someone. I have alcaraz the slight favourite with Djokovic just behind but it’s still more open compared to other slams.
