If the Wimbledon draws were reversed, Djokovic would be played with Medvedev and Alcaraz played with Sinner, from what I've seen in real matches, Novak would have a relatively easy three-set win, while Sinner would drag Alcaraz into a five-set battle where he would have a chance. Sinner played much better than Medvedev yesterday, Jannik produced great returns, played long and hard shots and covered the court great. Daniil, on the other hand, was far behind the baseline and it's no wonder that he pulled the short end of the rope in the rallies against Carlos.
If the draws were swapped, both favorites - Novak & Carlos - would play against opponents who are bad match ups for both of them. But with the way Meddy played yesterday, Novak wouldn't have any big problems. Med is no grass courter and their match would not be an even game as we see it on HC. Their difference in quality on grass is considerable. The Alcaraz-Sinner matchup is a different situation. Sinner is a player who can push Alcaraz on the defensive, who beat him at Wimbledon last year and had MP against him at the US Open.
Jannik could have caused huge problems for Carlito even yesterday if the draw had been reversed. And he might even would won, after all I still consider Sinner to be a more natural grass player than Alcaraz.
My opinion is that Djokovic got a tougher test than Alcaraz in SF. They will beat him on Sunday.
