What is it? Maybe a steam 99?
Did we really need a 2nd thread on this?
Anisimova With Blacked-Out Racquet?
Pretty sure she was a Babolat Drive user before? Any thoughts?tt.tennis-warehouse.com
It’s an Artengo racquet, this has also been mentioned beforeObviously we do.
Also, is Kasatkina with a Solinco racquet?
is it really Artengo ?? One of the commentator said she is using Wilson frame, possibly blade. if it is Artengo, she must really love it cause she doesn't need the money from the racket contract. She's already a millionare. It’s an Artengo racquet, this has also been mentioned before

So which racket is it ? is it really blacked out wilson blade like that commentator said from tennis channel ?He’s talking about Kasatkina, who has switched to an artengo racquet.
It’s been speculated that Anisimova’s blacked out Wilson is some sort of Steam 99 pro stock.
Fun fact: Anisimova is doing a trial with Darren Cahill, Halep’s longtime coach.
Fun fact 2: Halep uses a Steam 99 pro stock
Anisimova is using a Steam 100 mold. You can see the characteristic 4 white grommet tubes and it's a 16x20 pattern frame. It’s been speculated that Anisimova’s blacked out Wilson is some sort of Steam 99 pro stock.

They are on a trial, see how it goes. Which it looks like it is going well. The racket as already switched before they started working together.Isn't her new coach Darren Cahill...ex Halep coach..?
I suppose his 1st instruction was to ditch the Pure Drive and go with the proven Steam 100..aka Halep's racket..
Looks like good coaching so far and the results to prove it..
actually 3rd thread- here is the first one:

Keepin' it classy.Wait, we are looking at the racquet? * slaps self in the face.
Good catch. And it seems to be a recent change. She was using a babolat back during IW (getty pic). She's been able to nicely serve strongly with it.Anisimova is using a Steam 100 mold. You can see the characteristic 4 white grommet tubes and it's a 16x20 pattern frame.
Yeah. The Steam 100 and the 99 in prostock form really caught on.Good catch. And it seems to be a recent change. She was using a babolat back during IW (getty pic). She's been able to nicely serve strongly with it.
Amazing how the wilson steam 100 , a model from 2012, has still been currently used by a bunch of wta players under their respective repaints, even during this AO.
Do you think that if a coach gets a student to make a racket change, there is some money in it for him/her?

Well he did well as a consultant.Cahill has said today on the telecast here in Australia, he is "consulting" and is not taking over from her current coach.
We also don’t know if Cahill wants to travel full time.If she wants to advance..she will get her check book out and hire a coach who has GS champions to his resume..

Steam....painted to look like a blade. Is she using the Blade now ?
Jesus this is known here since Steam was retired. Like 8 years or so?Tennisnerd said the white grommets in the throat are the telltale of a steam.
Highly doubtfulWe’ll, I can say the Steam 100 (retail) is not that great hitting of a racquet. It feels big, long, and has a small sweet spot. But the pro-stock probably hits completely different. Obviously
