Arm Friendly / Durable Hybrid???

Can someone recommend an arm friendly durable hybrid.

Would a soft poly in the mains and x-one biphase / xcel in the cross be more durable and still arm friendly?

yeah, kirsh helix is a good option in the mains, it hold very good tension.
