Show me where Federer claims to use a racquet made by Wilson

It is on his official web page (I believe he even mentions the exact model), and other way around, Wilson claims that he does. Federer also attended the Wilson users party at the USO last year. There are many many such instances.

So this means if a driver in NASCAR has the UPS logo on the hood the car must be made by UPS. You guys and your stupid paintjob whining are getting old.

What to expect from a dog analogy.

people may not be able to play with it but they would sell a boat load to all the wannabe's. sell them for $300 a pop. bet you couldn't keep the on the shelves.

I certainly wouldn't buy one. How many people buy cars that they can't drive or boats that they can't sail?

You can still buy the current nSix-One Tour that you can actually use and still be "a wannabe" since they would look identical and nobody would know the difference. Hence, the paintjob. :D

Paradoxicalally his face is not on the ncode 90, on this racquet there is only the simbol of the ncode.

Paintjobs are flat out false advertising. It's deliberately misleading the consumers and is done in extremely bad faith. What Blake does on the other hand isn't half as bad - it's not like his racquet is available for sale at all, the Prince stencil simply shows his association with the company.

Maybe what Blake is doing is not bad, but for how long? It is only until Blake finds a Prince racquet he can play with that Prince won't be selling his racquet. Be rest assured that as soon as he actually uses a Prince made racquet that he will be in a paint job in a split second advertising one of the O3's or whatever else is new. And if you think he is taking this long only to find that he can play with one of their stock frames then you are really wrong.

At least in Federer example Wilson made his racquet. Prince takes glory for victories of a guy who plays with a Dunlop.

Well,I agree with nerd22.I mean,if a company uses an athlete,be it tennis or whatever to endorse and promote a product by association, then why lie about the product itself?Call me stupid but I don't get it..I don't think it would be a bad move if racquet companies made the real thing available to the "junkies" like us,even in smaller production numbers and bigger prices. When it comes to racquets the difference isn't that huge..It's wrong to say that nobody would be able to use it,just look at what's happening with the PC600.
