Assuming Federer will never win another French Open, what Grand Slam do you want him to win?

It would be great to break his open era tie with Sampras at Wimbledon and tie with Connors and Sampras at the U.S. Open, but I think winning a 5th Australian Open would be monstrous.

At least 5 Championships at 3 Grand Slams when no other man in history has even won 3 Championships at 3 Grand Slams would be insane.

NO slam wins would be nice. Watching these tournaments has become drearily predictable in the first four rounds, would be nice to see some new faces step up and gain the confidence with a championship so as to be a force subsequently.

Australian Open would be cool, then he would have 5 of them right? Pretty awesome to have won 3 slams 5+ times. But I still want him to win RG most.

US Open so he can become USO Goat. If he wins another Wimby, he'll have most Wimbys and will be the stats GOAT but there will be a section who'll say that Petros is the fast grass GOAT.
However, 1 more USO would make him undisputed given that he's got 5 in a row). No Connors, no Sampras, no BS.
Second choice would be AO since he'll have 5 slams in 3/4 slams which would make him the most rounded player of all time(not that he isn't already) and will make his resume look reallly awesome.

Wimbledon would be great too to be the all-time leader at the most prestigious slam, but I kinda experienced that great feeling in 2012 so I'm not that excited about it.

Wimby, nothing less! However, he'll he the record holder anyway whether he wins one more at the AO, Wimby or USO! So what's the GOATing difference?

Any GS would be great today, but winning Wimbledon again would be a dream. There is nothing like winning Wimbledon, and doing it eight times would be unprecedented.

Fed is the hardcourt GOAT already.

So , without doubt Wimbledon to further the gap with Sampras. Right now, he has marginally better results than Pete.

And above all, Wimbledon is the holy grail of tennis.

no question his answer would be wimbledon. biggest title in the sport, throw another on the pile. and since nadal's got 8 RG's, this would draw him even, somehow, in the weird comparison game that goes on between these two guys.

Agreed, I don't want Federer, Djokovic, Nadal, Del-Potro or Murray winning any Slams from here on out - let's have some new champions already - it's been a freaking decade.

Australian Open to balance them out, maybe. Or maybe Wimbledon, just to further his record. I'll probably go with AO.

I'm surprised this is even a question. W is the holy grail. And with 8 Fed would stand alone. It would make him immortal. I doubt we will have someone that good on grass in the future.

Also, he is now tied with Sampras. On HC he is the goat, he has nothing to prove. I mean an extra HC major won't mean that much.

You mean you don't want him to win another slam but don't mean he's incapable.

I mean I think he is incapable of winning any more slams. Not hating, just being realistic. If you think he can, good for you. Time will show who's right, no?
