Aussie Open: where to find a good stream?

Hey guys, as you know, I live in Mexico, and since they don't give a sh*t about tennis, they're not broadcasting the Open on TV. I've been trying to find a working internet stream. Does anyone know of one that's working right now? It doesn't matter what language it's in, I just want to watch the matches. Can anyone help?

So far, I've tried as follows, and none of them work:

Sopcast.
Justin.tv
some site called "livestream" or something like that
Channelsurfing.net

None work. Anyone else know of another feed?

download sopcast or tvu player perhaps.

I have sopcast, and I've been searching for a while to find a stream. Nothing has worked out. I had TVU, but it didn't work so well, I couldn't figure out how to get it to work.

For sopcast, do you know of any good channels to use? I've gone through all the chinese ones and all they're showing is american football, and one game of basketball.

I can't believe it's limited to certain areas. Last year, it was available stateside for free. ESPN must have put pressure.

ESPN360 is still streaming for free in the US, if your ISP is one of their contract providers. The AO stream was geographically limited last year as well.

My american ISP is Verizon, yet they won't let me stream it, as I don't know my account password or username.

I don't have verizon or 360, but last year was able to watch matches from Aus' website.

Huh? All I had to do was go to the website and click on the verify button or whatever it was. They use their software to check my ISP and then say 'Congratulations! Download this plug-in.' Where are they asking you for a password?

Because I'm not at home, I'm living abroad.

Oh, I see. ESPN360 is only available in the US since they do an IP check. You should try betfair or bet365.com. One of those is free, can't remember which one. You can try Eurosport as well, but I think they charge.

It's available abroad, yes, but they have to verify that you're a verizon customer, which is why I need the password. Ugh.

Are you absolutely, positively bet your life on it sure that you watched the AO website stream in the US last year? I remember two forums complaining about the lack of streams in the US 12 months ago, and this was my post in one of the threads back then:

The AO is offering a subscription online streaming service, but its not available to the US and the UK and a batch of other countries.

The link leads to this year's page, but the info is the same. Did you proxy stream it somehow?

That's interesting. Can you email Verizon or a family member to get your account info? The 360 stream is a nifty thing when it's working. I used it a lot last year.

ESPN360 is also available for university students. If you can get to a computer that is part of your university's network, you can have access.

bet365 was a great place to watch live streaming tennis for free! Up until now that is... now they want you to pay 10 euros to watch all the matches live.

The quality is great, so I may just do it. But dangit I can't belive this. Everybody is cutting out freebies these days.

Betfair's gone the same route but they're not showing any tennis right now.
