backhand wrist problems

i am a rightey and i use a 2 handed backhand and i have been having pain in my left wrist. what is causing this? and how do i heal it?

ur left wrist hurts? what abour ur right? i had the same problem last time...my former coach used to say that i played tennis like "badminton" and i kept flicking my wrist when hitting the ball hard...so you can imagine the impact it had on the wrist...as for healing it...try dry ice....or quit playing for a day or two...
