Best hat to wear backwards?

I rarely play during the day, but because I have mediumish long hair, I like to keep it out of my face by wearing a hat backwards. I'm not a fan of headbands, and my regular baseball caps aren't cutting it due to the bill being too long (thereby getting annoying on return of serves or looking up for overheads/serves).

Any recommendations on your favorite hat for this use? Ideally it would be one that I can wear often and then just throw in the wash as needed.

Buy an old school, 1980s/1990s cycling hat. They’re nearly beanies with tiny bills built to fit under cycling helmets.

I say go with a fez (no worries about what is "backwards"). Delete the tassel, add a chinstrap and you're ready to play!

Anyone have any experience with tennis caps? Surely someone here wears their tennis cap backwards without issue.

North Face baseball caps have shorter bills, it's funny but I've been wearing caps for 30 years and only this past week started to try rotating the cap when serving, visibility is much better.

I wear baseball style hats mainly to keep the sweat from running into my eyes. I wear my hat facing front outdoors if there's sun and backwards I play indoors. I use Nike Golf hats (perforated ones) because I have a huge noggin. LOL

Babolat basic logo hat. I wear one (backwards) regularly. Just throw in the wash with a load of laundry when the get smelly or sweat stained. Also for when you do wear it normal with the bill in the front like on sunny days I prefer a hat with a darker shade cloth on the underside of the bill.

I do this all the time, same issue exactly.
Don't like the look of headbands, hat backwards is the way to go, keep that hair away.

I don't have a favourite hat though, as long as it's a baseball cap not a snapback. If I had to pick one you should check out I like the adidas golf caps, good price and sweat absorption.

Do what El Shapo did and buy the youth size of the Nike featherweight hat and max out the adjustable band. The bill is a lot smaller than the adult size and looks less ridiculous.

Shapo does exactly opposite. He's got junior sized head, but puts on a large size hat, then he pulls that adhustment band all the way, which then flops around all over the place. Looks like a real dork.
