best price on Thorlo's?

Its time for me to replace all my socks but I can't seem to find Thorlos at anywhere near the same price I paid before. Last time I paid about $6 per pair for Thorlo TX-13 Crew Tennis Socks but now I can't find anything under $8. I've got to buy about 10 pair so a few bucks adds up.

Any help would be appreciated.

The e/bay deals are not worth the hassle for limited savings. I won't buy off e/bay unless I'm paying 50%. Man I wish I would have scored those at Marshalls. Its a long shot but maybe I'll take a look there.

Thanks the the replies.

Anybody else?

thorlos - buy 3, get 1 free

I recently bought 4 pairs of ThorLos at a local tennis shop -- they had a buy 3, get 1 free deal in effect and they rang it up at the register that way. No rebates or anything to mail in. So I paid retail for the 1st three pair, but saved on the 4th.

Got a lot of them at Marshalls for 2.99

Are you sure? Were they on clearance? I've bought Thorlos in the past at Marshalls but they were $4.99, and it's rare that they have them. They are also irregulars.

BTW, at which Marshalls did you find them for $2.99?

I have seen them at Marshalls as well for $4.99, but sometimes even the regular discounted stuff goes on sale so it is not impossible. The only problem is the Thorlos they had were running socks no-shows and not my size.

Thor lo

about 20 years I walked into a Marshalls in Cleveland, Ohio and saw Thorlos at $1.25 a pair. I only bought about 6 pairs because I thought there was an error on the pricing and a larger amount would raise a red flag at the cashier. But, that was the real price. Wish I would have bought out the available stock.

Marshalls online does not track merchandise, so a personal visit to the closest store is required, with no certainty of scoring that price.

Ah memories!

User evw, Thorlo implemented a MAP (Manufacturer's advertised price) policy on their socks in 2005. This is why you're seeing an overall higher (advertised) price. We are running the 3+1 in the form of a price savings on 3 or more. However, we'll always match the lowest price you find from an authorized dealer. Don/Tennis Warehouse

I've found them at a better price on different sites when I hit G o o g l e. I stopped using Thorlos because I felt like my feet was slipping in them when I played. I just use cotton socks and have a lot better results. I hope it helps.
