Best Serve Mechanics

Thread inspired by the debate about Karlovic's serve motion. Who has the best serve mechanics that create a good serve even without height advantages?
For me it's Andy Roddick, followed by Raonic, Karlovic, Federer, and Sampras. Roddick doesn't have the height advantage of many great servers, but his serve was all about exploding into the shot and generating insane pace. What do you think? Whose serve mechanics stand out to you?

Obviously Roger's looks the best. But I'm no expert on mechanics to tell if it's literally the most physically efficient and productive motion.

Raonic is just 6'5''. If his serve had average mechanics, it would be about as good as Berdych's or Zverev's. No other player I've seen can put so much work on the ball that it bounces over opponent's heads.
And Karlovic has a Superman serve. Height advantage coupled with a really good stroke, which is underappreciated I think. He gets really good flow with the serve that allows him to serve better than Opelka or Isner
