Best training aid.?

Hi, i've searched and not found alot of info. so i was wandering what the board deemed to be the best trainging aid.? I'm mainly looking for something for my forehand, although its solid their's never any harm in trying to develop it further and further.

any wall with a flat open space in front would be GREAT !

there's nothing more sobering than watching a video of your own stokes.

Man I'd have to agree with this... Once you see yourself on video, it's like "I do THAT..." or "wow, that's not right...". It instantly is clear what you're doing wrong. (Fixing it might be another story) All a matter of perspective. And hardly anyone is as hard on you as yourself.
