Between the K and the N, it sounds like the Ncode version is preferred by the vast majority on the forum here. Which is the best of all the versions that have come out over the years?
So you hit the blx and were not a fan??
how about the HPS 6.1 95??
Sorry to hear about your experience with the BLX. I'm really hoping the BLX will be close to the n61 95, which is my favorite all-around racket. Like you, I couldn't get into the k61 95, which doesn't have the feel or right combo of power/control that the nCode has. Prior to the nCode, I had used the HPS 61 95, which now feels very harsh compared to the n61. I wish Wilson would reintroduce the n61 95.I did get to hit briefly with the new BLX 6.1 16 by 18 and was NOT blown away. Still prefer my ncode 6.1 probably mostly based on familiarity but did find it more stiff and little less pop. Could of course be the strings. I string mine at about 56 and currently trying out the Prince Lightning on one and Lux/Prince Topspin on the other. This was strung with Wilson Sensation and felt about 58-59. Nice, liked it but not enough to plunk down $200 when I'm still loving my Ncode, just need more of them.
N95 I found to be a great racquet, I still have 7 of them hanging on my wall, I prefer the 16x18 to the 18x20, even though the 16x18 has some hot spots on the string bed. I have a few of each though and found much better targeting on serve with the 18x20.
K95 way a horrible racquet in my opinion, hollow, harsh and stiff, it just lost everything there was to love about the Ncode.
Exo3 Rebel is similar to the N95 but more shoulder friendly and has a more consistent string bed.
Hi Ljub was just talking about this on UK racketaholics http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?p=4243750&posted=1#post4243750 and Im after a couple of n95s to back up my 88s. I wish you lived here (in the cold), I may have been able to persuade you to sell a couple.
I sold my Rebels in the end, couldnt get used to my erraticness.
