At current slam count, baring an injury, Fed will play as long as Nadal is active. If Djok gets to 14+, Fed will carry on as long as Nole is active.

Federer needs to keep playing at least to age 42 to retire after Nadal and Djokovic, and expect them to retire much earlier than him.
