As far as I'm concerned, any player who tries a chicken-sh*t move like this lawsuit isn't worth beans. I don't care if she plays with a ping-pong paddle, I think she knows she can't make it to the top and is just trying to find an easy way into big money. I wouldn't watch her play a match if it was the only thing on TV. Worthless.

Then the U.S.A is a chicken **** country, because each and every one would pull a lawsuit in this situation. Those that say they won't, or just plain liars. Don't blame the girl for playing the system for what it is.

I can't stop laughing because Monfils is hitting slow groundies to her. It looks like he is feeding to young junior and not killing her in one shot. What is the point for Monfils practice with her or any female pro? I understand WTA pro like to against men's for x number of reasons (which I don't get it for y number of reasons)...anyway he was treating her as junior...funny

I don't care if she is or not. 16x20 is becoming the new Meta.

Just like Kevlar strings, ultra low swingweights, 26" racquets, non bt7 natural gut, and 30" headsizes.

Except 16x20 actually works.

i mean to be fair, if theres no warning sign or anything then she very well has the right to sue. lets not forget thiss was her first deep run in a while and she pulled out of subsequent tournaments.

she deserves compenastion for that, if that happened to a worker for a company they would get workers comp, she in this situation is the worker and the usta/wta/itf is the employer since she makes them money and they pay her. she has every right for compensation due to an environmental hazard set forth by a lack of notice or warning.

OH, good eyes. I thought she gave that up. I know there are some players that have been with Cortex their whole careers and will never feel right without it.
