Can you actually recycle tennis balls?

I recently read an article in an airplane magazine which claimed that tennis balls can be recycled and be made to regain their pressure by storing them in a microwave overnight just under oven light.
Is this possible?
Are there other more practicable ways to recycle tennis balls that seemed to have lost pressure?
I use Penn ATP Extra Duty, and the fuzz on these balls remain long after they lose pressure, so if there is any way to restore the pressure, I think these balls can last really long.

There are a lot of gimmicks out there on this but really there is no way to do it on a lasting basis. All the tricks work for a little bit (an hour at best) and then go away. Your best bet is just open a new can.
