Can you please do a video on racquets for flat hitting players?

As a mostly flat hitter, I am not sure what racquet will perform best for me. It seems that there are a multitude of modern racquets designed for spin. But, while I do hit with some spin, my strokes in modern terms are considered flat. Hitting with spin is hard on my wrist and elbow so I am not interested in changing my game style. For pain free tennis, I need a racquet that has some flex and is good for hitting consistent flat strokes. I'm only a 3.5 level player. My 1-handed backhand is my best shot; I like to drive the ball with a balance of power and control - I'm not a dinker! Should I use a racquet with 18 main strings? I use Eastern forehand and backhand grips. Thanks for your help!

I can probably help with that, but as always, demoing and trying the racquets yourself is always the best way to find a good fit for your game and preferences as there is not always an answer that works for every flat hitter. But as a flatter ball striker, I do notice some racquets definitely work better than others and I personally struggle a bit more with "whippy" frames as someone who relies on plowing through the ball in a more linear way!

But, I will work on getting this going for you!

Stay tuned!

I agree as a flat hitter one would think that the open "Spin Effect Racquets" would help with spin with someone with old school flat strokes but I am finding in reality it is the opposite as without a change to a less aggressive swing path (Modification in the stroke) all the open racquets do is lead to lack of control and then desire to put stiffer strings in the racquet. That can lead to trouble especially if the racquet is stiffer on top of it and the player is older (thus the older style strokes).
