Demo racquet tracking

I recently graduated from stringing out of my garage to a P/T job in a retail tennis shop which has a very generous demo program. We need to improve our tracking process to know who has a given racket out for trial, when it is due back, and the customer's name, address, email, phone, and credit card info. Is there commercial software available to do this? Ideas?
