He was 42/53 at the net today against Agut..... That’s 79%. His backhand and forehand were terribly off today, its crazy how often he can switch his game plan on the fly like that

You’ll be surprised to find in all of the Wimbledons he has won that he approaches the net the 2nd most after Federer (out of top players). It’s not possible to win 4 Wimbledons without having an above average net game.

His point construction really suits him well at Wimbledon with how penetrating his shots are too

you are right. this year's grass is Super Slow... Not sure how Wimbledon made this happen, it is supposed to be Rye grass same as before

42/53 is not a bad stat at all. 79% on 53 approaches is very good. Djokovic was excellent at the net today.

Wouldn’t say it’s weird. RBA’s beaten him twice this year, as well as playing quite solid today.

He had a fantastic touch today. Very nice drop shots especially near the end of the match. Was also serving quite well in the third and fourth sets.

Courts are sown with 100 per cent Perennial Ryegrass (since 2001) to improve durability and strengthen the sward to withstand better the increasing wear of the modern game.
