Imo , TV and photos tend to exaggerate his features like narow face. Body is great, long and lean..Beautiful eyes, long lashes , every girl would envy him for that.

Roger is not going to lose any sleep if his team can't win DC. However if Nole still fail to win RG this year it going to be another long summer for him to get over with. Yes, he's desperate to win RG, just like Federer was desperate to win until he finally won in 2009. Nadal is also desperate for WTF, otherwise he wouldn't complain about WTF playing on indoor hard court, and want the event to play on clay.

Not entirely true. This is a quote of what Nadal said,

"I know it's not going to happen for my generation," Nadal, who stepped down as vice-president of the players council last year, told reporters on Monday.

"I'm talking for the future generations, something that will be a little bit fairer for the players. And I think for the fans it will be interesting to change the surface every year to the surfaces we qualified on for the (World Tour Finals).

"A good player has a chance to qualify for the (World Tour Finals) four or five times in his career, so if during this four years you have a different surface every year, a minimum one time he will have the chance to play on his favorite surface."

So it looks as if the baby was conceived towards the end of January during the Australian Open! Maybe that's why he was too tired to get past Stan or maybe he needed some consolation from Jelena after losing to him? :wink:

BTW what did Nadal do?? Didn't play that well in finals and Xisca ain't pregnant either :D

Jelena wasn't with him in Australia but AO landed early this year and with his early elimination, he was back in Serbia for the last week or so of January. They went on a skiing holiday to Kopaonik and he skipped Davis Cup

From his FB on 28th January:

Today i took Jelena for a walk on the mountain where i grew up, Kopaonik. Wanted to show her all the places where i used to spend time as a kid...And we got lost in the woods. Well, in my defense, it's much harder to find things when everything around you is white.

Obviously had to do something to keep warm while they were stranded out in the snow for hours :p

Any news from Novak, guys ? I am getting a little worried about RG preparations. I will be nervous if he doesn't do well in Rome.
Three continuous years of bad luck at RG is a little too much. I hope he gets it this year. After that Nadal can keep winning it till the end of time.

Now he is in Belgrade, trying further recovery , seriously doubt that he will be ready for Rome:(

According to Kolar (czech fyzio who gave short interview today) he has inflamation in his tendon (arm). So I guess its encouraging for you guys since there is no word of wrist problems any more... :)
