Perhaps the Novak's tests were a false positive? Whatever, the important thing is that they are healthy again and did not suffer. The guys need to start playing tournaments again and get off twitter. Too much time to think and talk nonsense- LOL!

I'm sure everyone here will be having an informed discussion about the sensitivity and specificity values of the test

This is like hell..Morning there comes a green acid ready to kick our ass..Then comes some plain vegetables and Fruits again to kick our asses..Then in the afternoon some more green veggies along with some hot coriander and alor vera soup..In the evening comes again a fresh batch of no fry fishes..The guy is a demon with no heart...Let's get the hell out of here."

Are we sure this wasn't a psychological test rather than a physical one? We all know with all those positive thoughts he possesses he thinks he is negative.

Does this mean one of them is a false positive/negative?

Or that he was sick with the virus during and before the Adria tour?

It's certainly possible that he was infected before the tour
Goran had two negative tests before testing positive
These tests rely on there being enough viruses in the sample, so if they are used too early in the infection they will show up negative. It can take a few days for these negative tests to turn positive

From positive to negative in a week?
9 days from positive to negative tests. Why not? 14 days is just a guideline. Same as one week from infection to showing the symptoms is a guideline - some get sick 2 days later, some 10 days later. Then, some end up in hospital after 14 days. So, it boils down to how your imune system deals with the virus...
Also, if he got infected in Belgrade part of Adria Tour, that would be more than 14 days.

Yeah.. I think it was Rogers Cup 2013.
That's right. It was kinda funny the first night, but it was pretty uncomfortable seeing him dance with the huge wig after barely scraping through Istomin, who wasn't even completely off-court when the dance started.
