Does Anyone Have an Update on the Asics Shutdown?

I really need to replace my Asics shoes. I've been holding out for the Court FF2s but as we all know they haven't been available. I went to the T***** P**** flagship store a few weeks ago and they said the Asics factory in Vietnam was shut down indefinitely due to a series of Covid outbreaks. Based on the fact that you still can't buy Asics I assume they aren't up to speed yet and may still be closed. If anyone has an update, please share so I can decided if I need to go with a plan B for my shoes. Thanks!

Hadn’t heard of this. Good thing I bought 3 extra pairs of CFF2s
truly is an excellent shoe. Still a few floating around the bay now and again.
