Experience with Volkl V-Torque Tour 1.25 and MSV Focus-Hex Ultra 1.25

I am checking to see if anyone has played with both Volkl V-Torque Tour 1.25 and MSV Focus-Hex Ultra 1.25.

I am looking for an arm friendly poly, which maintains tension, offers a high degree of control and/or spin, and is comfortable.

Target players are local HS seniors who are hard ball strikers. One plays with a Babolat Pure Aero and the other plays with a Yonex Ezone 98.

One currently plays Lux 4G and the other Hyper-G. Both have VERY mild arm discomfort occasionally (2 times a year). They do not think it is the strings but rather overuse.

I was looking at these two strings as possible replacements which would stay on par with performance of what they currently have with increased arm friendliness.

Thanks.

Why not Hyper-G soft?

I have used regular V-Torque and it was comfortable. Nice bite and decent tension maintenance.
I looked at TW's string database it actually shows V-torque is 3lb LESS stiff than V-Torque tour.
Not sure if you are limited to only the tour version but regular v-torque might be a good choice.

id recommend trying msv focus hex ultra. should fiit the bill. for the v torque tour you could also hybrid it with their normal poly in the crosses to negate tensiom loss from v torque

lowering tension is also an option..
