Hello , i have had various headaches on the pass weeks and confirmed that the result of my headaches is that my glasses are crooked.

I wanted ask fellow tennis players what contacts are guys using to play tennis or what supplements would be help increase my eye vision. Thanks you :)

I wear the cheaper contacts and they work fine for tennis. Regular glasses normally and contacts for 3-4 hours of tennis.

About a year ago my glasses were crooked also. I did what I have done for many years, I took them off, opened the ear pieces and placed them on a table to see the alignment. I then proceeded to carefully bend the earpiece by gripping near the hinge with pliers. I kept working but this time did not make any progress. On looking at the part that comes down behind the ear I discovered that one was longer than the other, for the first time! My technique of placing them on a flat surface could not work. I aligned them by looking at the top part of the earpiece. I guess now that if I had turned them over on the flat surface the alignment technique might still have worked....

Best to take them back to the optometrist for an expert adjustment. Also always buy titanium frames, they are hard to bend.

Did you take a look at the thread above? It mentioned some simple exercises (post #7), quite a few foods, as well as some eyes drops and supplements that might be worth considering for vision care. You might consider herb supplements such as billberry and eyebright and some of the nutrients mentioned in the other thread (such as DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid). However, I would look to food rather than a lot of expensive supplements for your eye health.

Salmon and sardine are an excellent source of omega-3 fats (including DHA). You can also get a bit of your omega-3 fats from chia seeds, (ground) flax seeds and lesser amounts from walnuts. For other vision nutrients look to blueberries, broccoli, spinach, carrots and some other of the other foods mentioned in that other thread.
