I agree and I think the irony of the situation is they are actually helping their opponents more than themselves. Specially Nadal, he might be the fittest guy have ever seen play, and he's only giving his opponents more time to collect themselves after those long grueling points. If he would speed it up, he'd actually pick up way more free points than he gets now.
P.S. - also agree with the Fed point. I don't remember seeing him hit one out either.. and I've watched way more than 50 Fed matches..
