Gamma Progression II vs. Alpha Pioneer DC+

I'm asking for a racquet stringer for Christmas, but I'm not sure which one I want. After looking a few places (including these forums) I've decided on either the Gamma Progession II or the Alpha Pioneer DC+. There is $100 difference in the two machines. I think the Alpha looks a little better, but do you think it's worth the extra $100? I really new to all of this stringing stuff. I just know that's it's getting really old having to re-string my racquet every month. My little brother breaks a string every other week or so as well, so we'd both be using this maching, and neither of us knows what we're doing.

I'm looking in the $400 and under price range, and I haven't ruled out any machine at this point. Ease of use and quickness would be nice, but I'm more interested in a machine that does it right and keeps the racquet from too much abuse. Any help/advice/suggestions would be appreciated.
