Genworth Financial & Wilson related?

Hey have you ever noticed the racquets in the Genworth Financial commercials w/ Agassi, Graf, and Dent? The one where Agassi & Graf are playing into the night, you can clearly see (multiple times) a W stencil on Steffi's Wilson racquet. I mean it's almost like they make it obvious. No stencil on Andre's Head racquet, and his shots w/ his racquet are very quick... Then again in the Graf/Agassi kid v. Dent ad, you can see Dent's Wilson stencil really clearly--and the kid is using a Head racquet, but w/ no stencil. And they show Dent picking up the ball so you can clearly see his racquet...

Anyone else curious as to why this is or know why this would be? Is Wilson somehow related to Genworth Financial? (through GE perhaps?) Or I wonder if Wilson just gave their approval and Head didn't? I mean, if you're going to use the actual racquets that Graf, Dent, and Agassi use, they're probably all going to be stenciled... yet the Heads are conspicuously not.

Ok, before you think I'm a conspiracy theorist or somehow relate this to paintjobs, my disclaimer... I've seen these commercials (like all of you) about 4,000 times in the last 2 months so things just start popping out at me.

My understanding is that Genworth is an affiliate of General Motors (like GMAC mortgage corp.) and there is no relationship to Wilson.

This is a fascinating thread not because of the content but because people actually replied. There is no relationship between Wilson & Genworth but there is a relationship with GE like the Dent commercial reveals. Both Dent & Graff play with Wilson.

I know viewing those commercials 4000 times makes you think weird things ;-)

Everyone ready for the "Cooper" commercial from Expedia for US Open

Godddddddddd please not that one again.

"Where are you going?"

"Cleveland."

"Who are you going with?"

"Cooper."

"Cooper? HAA!"

bah-dah-dum-ba-dee-duh-dah....

"Who's naughty on this plane? THIS GUY!"

"How much do you make? Because it's not as much as I make, I'll tell you that much... DRINK!"

<cringe>

Expedia. Sort by shortest flight....

Now that's just from memory and I probably haven't seen that since '04. Hey Expedia--you're screwed, I use Orbitz! HA! I fear I may never get Genworth Financial out of my head.

Could it be as simple as Wilson paid for the advertisement where Head did not?? Like you see in movies when actors are drinking a coke and you can see the label and when you can not, they did not pay.
