Good cross for hybrid with Hyper G 20g

I have two reels of Hyper G 20g. I really like it for the spin and would like a cross that holds up slightly better with similar results to what I'm currently getting. I'm currently using in conjunction with x one biphase strung at 49-47 respectively. I'm only able to get a match or 2 before the x one is shredded. I've used a full bed of Hyper G but I have some elbow issues, so I'm trying to avoid full poly if possible. Thanks

You need to take a look at Ashaway monogut ZX.

Spiraltek is the Robin to the Hyper G Batman. Really long lasting and playable. I have used it in Black and Red/Black 16g. Nice synthetic gut. I have little experience with 20g mains, however.

Never heard of it before but it looks perfect. Do you use the 16 or 17g version? Since I'm using 20g hyper g should I go 17? Thanks!
I use the 17 black. It absolutely does not dent or notch whatsoever even after 30+ hours of use as a cross.

It's only weakness is tension maintenance, so a good idea to do a thorough prestretch on it before install.

There is a red color of ZX if you want to do a "Christmas" racket. LOL
