Grip Sizes (with Overgrip)

The grip size I'm using is 4 1/2 (L4), and I use the Semi-Western grip. My problem that i'm finding is that when I play my hands tend to sweat quite a bit, causing the racket to slide about. The only thing I'm worried about when using overgrip, since it'll increase my grip size by half a size, meaning i'll be closer to an L5. To stop my grip becoming too big to handle, should I purchase a racket with the L3 Grip, and increase it with two overgrips instead?

Ay advice would be grately appreciated.

You could either go with a 4 1/2 and replace the grip with a Babolat Skin Feel replacement grip, and top it with an OG. Or you could get a 4 3/8 and replace the grip with a thicker replacement grip like the Gamma Hi-tec. Then put a thicker OG on top of that. Here's a thread with helpful listings of grip weights and thicknesses:

I like 4 1/2 and use TournaGrip. So I buy 4 3/8 and install a leather grip. Then once the leather settles in and I install the TournaGrip it's exactly 4 1/2.

Tourna Pro Thin replacement grip will let you put on an overgrip without increasing your grip size. Price Resithin should be similar but the Tournament is cheaper and it worked well for me.
