Has anyone had ulnar nerve pain or triceps issues?

While playing tennis, I've been getting two issues which I haven't seen before:
1. Soreness where the triceps meets the elbow. I assumed it was tendinitis of the tendons connecting the triceps and elbow. This usually occurs after hitting and lasts for days.
2. On some off center hits, a radiating pain around the ulnar nerve in the elbow.

Has anyone had similar issues? I've seen two PTs and neither have seen this. For reference, I'm around age 30 and have been playing for 25 years and never had this issue until now. I'm in shape and lift weights 2-3x per week.

I have not but I have a basic understanding of both. What did the PTs tell you? They should know basic things to do. For tendinitis it’s usually stopping the activity followed by loading. For something like cubital tunnel it’s also stopping the aggravating activity and nerve glides

Triceps neural pain can also be referred pain from your neck.
Otherwise a sudden change in frequency, intensity or volume in sports play can cause tendinitis.
