Head Tour Ball vs Penn Tour xd or Penn Tour Regular

Playing a tournament later this year which uses Head Tour balls. Not sure if they are more similar to Penn Tour regular duty or Penn Tour X duty. European balls are usually heavier. The tournament is on red clay.

I think Penn balls are called Head balls outside the US. So Head Tour would correspond to Penn Tour and probably comes in XD for hard courts and Regular Duty for clay. If it is a clay tournament, they are probably using RD balls as they pick up less clay.
